Online Letter 132

Dear Online Friend(s),

Greetings!

Days are becoming darker and darker. Hopes are flickering. Faith is melting. Questions are abounding. Praying knees are shaking. We simply embrace the confession of Patriarch Job: “Look, I go forward, but He is not there, and backward, but I cannot perceive Him; when He works on the left hand, I cannot behold Him; when He turns to the right hand, I cannot see Him. BUT HE KNOWS the way that I take; when He has tested me, I shall come forth as gold” (Job 23:8-10). And we lift hands in worship with Prophet Habakkuk: “Though the fig tree may not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines; though the labour of the olive may fail, and the fields yield no food; though the flock be cut off from the fold, and there be no herd in the stalls — yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my SALVATION” (Hab 3:17,18).

The good Lord enabled me to send forth 17 Articles beginning with early March since the outbreak of Coronavirus. These Articles were forwarded through WhatsApp and as attachments to my Online Letters of this website. I cannot explain the kind of spiritual agony I went through while writing each Article. I could not but write because these messages from God were shut up “like fire in my bones” (Jer 20:9b).

Attached here is the 18th Article in this Corona Series, titled, “Changes in Churches.” Do take time to read it and forward the same to your Christian friends everywhere, especially to Pastors and Leaders.
