Online Letter 117

Dear Online Friend(s),

The entire world is shaken up by the outbreak of Coronavirus. May be this is a prelude to the final fulfilment of what God has said that all that can be shaken would be shaken so only that which cannot be shaken may remain (Heb 12:25-29).

The ultimate remedy for the present crisis is to come Back to God! He has promised us, “Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you and you shall glorify Me” (Psa 50:15).

The hand of the Lord was heavy upon me during the last few days burdening me to prepare a Prayer for the present situation. Attached is the one based on about 50 Bible references. Both Christians and non-Christians can use this prayer. Use the same for your individual, family and group prayers. Forward the same to all your e-mail contacts because the problem is global.

I urge Pastors to use the reading of this Prayer, turning to all the Bible references, instead of the regular Sunday Sermons. You can take xerox copies for the members. We have preached enough and the congregations have heard enough, but we have not prayed enough!
